Why Should I Workout From Home? 

Save time 

With life being so fast-paced, you're always running around; who even has time to get ready, drive to the gym, workout and then drive home.

If you have your workout at home, you can save 15 minutes to an hour just in travel time.

Gym memberships can get expensive. You pay your weekly/bi-weekly fees, annual fees and often a start-up fee. If you calculate how much you've spent going to a gym, you'll probably realize you've already spent enough to start your gym at home.

Nothing is worse than asking someone, "Hey, how many sets do you have left on that?" Actually... there is something worse, when their response is, "oh, a lot more to go" or "there's already someone else waiting for this machine when I'm done."

Sometimes it can be challenging to stick to a solid routine because we don't feel motivated to gym during peak hours but thats the only time we have in our day to go. Or maybe you're too tired and need a nap but you realize the gym closes soon and you decide to skip it and get some rest. If your gym is in the comfort of your own home you can nap all you want and gym at anytime that is convenient for you.

Privacy 🫣

Some of us don't like working out in front of others. This is entirely normal! A great solution is to simply work out at home to get more privacy. You'll be free to test out new exercises without feeling as if you are judged for your amateur form.

Freedom to exercise whenever works for you😌

Feel free to exercise outside of regular gym hours. Only have time for a quick 30 min workout? No problem, in the comfort of your own home, you make the rules.

Family 👩‍👩‍👧‍👦

Some of us need to watch our kids. We don't have time to head out to the gym for a workout unless we go through the hassle of hiring a babysitter. A great perk of having an at-home gym is being able to throw on a movie for your kids and pop into your gym at the same time.
