At EZREAL ARMWRESTLING CLUB LTD., we stand behind the quality of our products. As a proud Canadian-registered business, we ensure a transparent shopping experience for all our customers.

1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

2. Return Process & Global Return Address All returns, including those from our international customers (Australia, Germany, and Europe), must be shipped to our Canadian headquarters for inspection:

Note: Please contact us at eac.support@armwrestling.club to obtain a Return Authorization before shipping.

3. Refunds Once inspected at our Richmond facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection via email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. International Shipping Costs Unless the item is defective, customers (including international customers) are responsible for their own return shipping costs to our Canadian facility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
