Our Shipping policy guarantees free shipping for orders over $100.00 that are located in Canada & USA however, there are a few exceptions to this guarantee. Yukon, The Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are not applicable to this guarantee as the shipping rates far exceed the typical rates for the Provinces.
With regard to shipping times, it could be up to a fortnight(two weeks) dependent upon the carrier. We ship with Canada Post, Canpar, FedEx and UPS. The tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped. If a shipment is lost, we will fully refund the customer.

Awesome packaging and instructions. Best I have seen in a long time. You could teach others a lesson on packaging and assembly instructions. Assembly is also very easy and quick to complete. The bike appears very well designed and built to last. I just put it together, so I will see how it performs over time. It adjusts easily to fit a variety of people. It's super quiet when in use. Great product!!

The bike has been noisy: nose from the pedal area and the belt rubbing against the guard. Customer service was great. They sent another replacement bike within 1 week. The package was a little damaged during the shipping. Other than that I'm a happy customer now.

Arrived promptly and very well packaged. Easy to assemble and set up. Very pleased with the build quality and the smooth quiet ride. I did a lot of research before buying and selected this one. So far it is meeting or exceeding my expectations. The pedal's cages are not very nice (painful in fact) so I will change these. But overall, I am very happy and would certainly "highly recommend" this bike to anyone who is shopping for one.
