• Our Shipping policy guarantees free shipping for orders over $100.00 that are located in Canada & USA however, there are a few exceptions to this guarantee. Yukon, The Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are not applicable to this guarantee as the shipping rates far exceed the typical rates for the Provinces.
• With regard to shipping times, it could be up to a fortnight(two weeks) dependent upon the carrier. We ship with Canada Post, Canpar, FedEx and UPS. The tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped. If a shipment is lost, we will fully refund the customer.
