- Our Shipping policy guarantees free shipping for orders over $100.00 that are located in Canada & USA however, there are a few exceptions to this guarantee. Yukon, The Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are not applicable to this guarantee as the shipping rates far exceed the typical rates for the Provinces.
- With regard to shipping times, it could be up to a fortnight(two weeks) dependent upon the carrier. We ship with Canada Post, Canpar, FedEx and UPS. The tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped. If a shipment is lost, we will fully refund the customer.

Only got partial order several parts still have not been shipped.Emailed several times over 3 weeks.Finally someone answered me saying they would ship the rest the next day,that was a week ago and still have not been shipped and still not answering my emails.I would not recommend this company because of its poor customer service.And not delivering on what i paid for.
