I am pretty happy with this rack. I bought it because I couldn't fit a full power rack in my garage gym. It feels reasonably solid, easy assembly, looks good, well packaged, fast/free shipping.
The drawback with the small footprint of this rack is that it is not as stable as a power rack or larger squat rack. If you are lifting heavy, you'll want to weigh it down with sandbags or plates to make sure it doesn't tip.
No dealbreakers, but some things that could be improved:
- Spotter arms are very short.
- Holes are spaced too far apart. Can't set the j cups at the optimal bench starting position.
- J cups could use more padding. My bar is constantly getting blue paint on it.
- If you set the rack up wide, the pins need to go on the inside or they'll interfere with the plates during your lift.
All in all, a solid buy if you need a compact rack.

Ordered the EAC Crystal Blue squat rack on Dec. 24 and it was delivered on Jan 3. The quality is better than I expected and it was exactly as I had hoped it would be. Excellent customer service and would recommend buying from them. Will definitely purchase more equipment in the future.

The squat rack is as I expected, sturdy and practical. The short barbell we have fits nicely, easy to adjust with pull-out knobs.
