Construction & Capacity: The H-shaped base offers a larger area for maximum stability and with a total weight of 31kg you can be sure it's not going anywhere. The uprights are directly bolted onto the base with two 7mm bolts then for additional security two plates are bolted through the upright and the base by three 8mm bolts. This construction allows our Squat Rack to have an incredible 855lbs weight capacity for either the J-hooks or the Safety Catches ( TESTED ).
Exercises: You are able to perform many different exercises with our Squat Rack including Bench Press, Squat, Shoulder Press, Deadlift, Dip, Overhead Lifts, and More!
Adjustability: Our Squat Racks are designed for many exercises in mind and as such has a wide range of adjustability options for you! The base can be adjusted from 36" to 51" and the J-hooks/Safety Catches can be set to a maximum height of 67.2" with 12 different heights to set it at along the way.
Safety: The Safety Catches prevent any dangerous falls onto the user while exercising while also ensuring the safe storage of your Olympic Barbell while not in use. The base is adorned with six non-slip rubber feet that not only prevent the unit from moving but also protects your floor from damage.
Storage: The Squat Rack comes equipped with two weight plate storage areas located on the rear that are 17cm in length, this can hold a total of eight of our own weight plates.
