The issues I had with my table: - The plastic coated cardboard that you guys use to contain all the tools, screws and whatnot was in very bad shape and almost fully opened so all the hardware was rattling inside the box and it took me a while to fish the washers that got stuck in the table top's underside cracks. - The bolts that screws the base to the four poles, in the instruction manual comes with 4 lock washers and 4 washers. I never got the regular washers for those bolts so I had to scratch the paint off the table base while screwing the lock washers directly onto the painted base which could give rust issues in the long term... - When you guys pierced holes into the tubings used for making the table top solid, you let the metal pieces and shavings inside the tubings and then soldered it together so when I built the table, I noticed it was rattling like crazy inside. I had to disassemble it and then fish out with a magnet the metal shavings and pieces inside the tubing which took me a while and I couldn't get rid of it all because some of the shavings are in the middle tubes that both ends are closed by being soldered on both ends to other tubes. So I still hear some rattling even though it's not as bad as it was. - On one of the poles, there's a portion of the pole that has a bigger diameter and there's a poster you glue on to that part of the pole to show your company name and logo. Well on that pole, the sticker is way off to the point where 10% of the poster is not on the thicker part of the pole anymore and so it's like floating in the air and looks bad. - the metal rods that sticks out of one of my 2 elbow pads are really crooked and makes it hard to insert the pad which is annoying with how often I pull out the pad to rotate it when I switch arms. I sent an email about my issues with this table 2weeks ago now and still haven't got any replies so I'm starting to have a bad opinion of the customer support too... The table is solid and would be a great product, but there were so many manufacturing issues that it seriously made my experience bad.

This is a solid piece of equipment. Easy to put together and break apart. Quality of the materials is second to none. Shipping to Florida was very fast and everything arrived well packaged without damage to the parts. I can’t say enough good things about this product. EAC did a great job putting this table together. I know I will be enjoying it for years to come.

Love your products table is awesome was a little disappointed with the shippers or shipping they damaged my pulley arm and dinged the handle but nothing that i wouldn’t have ended up doing myself pulleys work great smooth straps are awesome still give EAC guys a 5 star or 10/10 great equipment and quality
